Collin Eliud

Collin Eliud is a seasoned Property Manager and Valuer with years of hands-on experience in real estate management, property valuation, and estate agency. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Kenyatta University, and certification as a graduate member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). Over the course of his career, he has managed diverse property portfolios — from residential and commercial assets to mixed-use developments. As a registered valuer, Collin provides precise, evidence-based valuations for a wide range of purposes including secured lending, sale/purchase, insurance and litigation. Currently serving as the Branch Manager at Thika Office, he oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance planning, lease administration, and financial performance of client assets.
